1. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
For your first appointment with Sun City Ortho, please bring the following:
Note: If you forget to bring your referral, your appointment may be delayed up to one hour while the front desk staff contacts your referring doctor to confirm. Don’t have a referral form? Download this referral form and take it to your referring physician prior to your Sun City Orthopaedic appointment.
2. How long will I have to wait when I arrive for my appointment?
Wait times can vary; however, filling out your intake forms and having them ready to go when you arrive for your appointment can help. It can minimize your wait time as our staff processes your information. Download and print an intake form below in English or Spanish.
Note: Sometimes our physicians may be called into emergency surgeries, which can affect appointments and wait times. Please know that our staff will keep you updated in the event of any unexpected delays. We respect your time and will work to get you seen as soon as possible.
3. Where should I park?
Westside location parking: Space is available in front of our office. If spaces are full, you may park in front of the adjacent buildings.
Eastside location parking: Our Eastside location offers plenty of parking adjacent to the building.
